Not to be outdone by Burger King’s ominous black cheese burger, participating McDonald’s throughout Hawaii will give away free black coffee for two weeks this month, no questions asked (well, they might ask you about cream and sugar and stuff).
From Sept. 16 through the 29th, you can just go to a McDonald’s in Hawaii during breakfast hours (as long as they participate) and ask for a free small cup of coffee, no purchase necessary.
Just like they did earlier this year, when they gave away 220,000 cups of coffee, Hawaii McDonald’s want to remind you that they are the only ones in the world to serve Hawaii Coffee Company’s Royal Kona Blend.
Whether or not you want to put butter in it is up to you.
